Welcome to Worship Warriors Dance Company! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Worship Warriors Dance Company (“Worship Warriors”). We operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping and registration experience. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform to offer the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of our Services. Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your rights and limitations of liability.

By visiting, browsing, registering, purchasing, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state/province of residence. If you allow a minor dependent to use the Services on a device you own or manage, you are responsible for their activity.

To use the Services, including purchasing tickets or registering for events, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing/payment details. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We strive to present accurate descriptions of our products, events, workshops, classes, and services. However, visual appearance (including colors) may vary by device and settings. We do not guarantee that any visual representation will match your screen exactly.

All product/service descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit any product/service, including event registrations, for any person, region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND REGISTRATION

When you place an order or register for an event, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and payment has been successfully processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellations or changes.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes or other fees that may be imposed by a governmental authority.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to keep it updated. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred will be honored.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

If any physical products are offered, delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the carrier.

SECTION 6 — ALL SALES FINAL; NO REFUNDS; EMERGENCY CREDIT POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you are unable to attend a workshop/class due to an emergency, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit to be applied toward a future Worship Warriors workshop or class.

Emergency credits are handled case-by-case
Supporting details may be requested
Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless we approve otherwise in writing
We reserve the right to deny a credit request if it does not meet our emergency criteria

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in the Services—such as text, graphics, images, video, audio, designs, branding, logos, and the selection and arrangement of content—is owned by Worship Warriors or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written permission.

Worship Warriors Dance Company names, logos, product/service names, and slogans are trademarks of Worship Warriors or licensors. Shopify’s name and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to tools or services offered by third parties. These are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk, and we are not liable for issues arising from their use.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or embedded functionality. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, policies, or practices. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Worship Warriors is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any purchases you make are made directly with Worship Warriors, not Shopify. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Worship Warriors, and you release Shopify from claims arising from your transactions with us.

SECTION 11 — PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge you have read and understood these policies.

SECTION 12 — FEEDBACK

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use.

Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and Worship Warriors regarding the Services.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Worship Warriors is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
