Class & Workshop Registration Policy

All sales for classes, workshops, and events are final.

Due to the nature of live instruction, registrations are non-refundable once purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, faith-based dance workshops, classes, intensives, and special events hosted by Worship Warriors.

Emergencies & Exceptions

In the event of a documented emergency, please contact us as soon as possible at Admin@WorshipWarriorsCo.com. Emergency considerations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Approved emergencies do not qualify for refunds, but may be eligible for a registration transfer.

Registration Transfers

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class or workshop, your registration may be moved to the next available Worship Warriors workshop date, subject to availability.

• Transfers must be requested before the event date

• Registrations may only be transferred once

• Transfers cannot be applied to past events

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a workshop or class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of registration. No refunds or transfers will be issued for no-shows.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for classes, workshops, or events under any circumstance once the event has taken place.
